The products of Olive Tree by Terzakis<\/strong> are live plants (olive bonsai)<\/strong> and are classified as perishable goods<\/strong>, which can be damaged or directly affected by transport, temperature, and environmental conditions.<\/p>\n\n

For this reason, according to Article 3ib of Law 2251\/1994 on consumer protection<\/strong>, the right of withdrawal (return due to change of mind) does not apply<\/strong> to these specific products.<\/p>\n\n

1. Cases in which returns are accepted<\/h2>\n\n

Product return or replacement is accepted only<\/strong> in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • The product was delivered visibly damaged due to transport<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The product was delivered defective due to packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A proven error occurred in the execution of the order by the company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    2. Problem Reporting Procedure<\/h2>\n\n

    The customer must:<\/p>\n\n

      \n
    1. Inspect the product upon receipt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. In case of a problem, contact the company within 24 hours<\/strong> of receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Send photographic material proving the damage to the product and its packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      Requests submitted after 24 hours from receipt cannot be examined, as it is not possible to determine if the damage resulted from transport conditions or subsequent plant care.<\/p>\n\n

      3. Responsibility After Delivery<\/h2>\n\n

      After successful delivery of the product to the customer:<\/p>\n\n

        \n
      • Responsibility for the plant’s care, watering, and environmental conditions is transferred to the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Normal changes in the plant’s appearance due to transport (e.g., slight leaf drop, change in soil moisture) do not constitute a defect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        4. Resolution Method<\/h2>\n\n

        If fault is found during transport, packaging, or order execution, Olive Tree by Terzakis reserves the right to choose one of the following resolution methods:<\/p>\n\n

          \n
        • Product replacement<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Credit for a future purchase<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          The choice is made at the reasonable discretion of the company, depending on the nature of the problem.<\/p>\n\n

          5. Exceptions<\/h2>\n\n

          Returns are not accepted in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n

            \n
          • Customer’s change of mind<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Incorrect plant care after receipt<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Delay in customer pickup from the courier’s distribution point<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Damage caused after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
