Packaging &amp; Product Nature<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Olive Tree by Terzakis products include <strong>live plants (bonsai olive trees)<\/strong>. For this reason:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Special care is taken for their secure packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plants are shipped in a way that maintains proper moisture and stability during transport.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipment may be intentionally delayed during periods of extreme weather conditions (high temperatures, frost, etc.), solely for the protection of the plant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company reserves the right to postpone the shipping date if it is deemed that transport conditions may jeopardize the plant&#8217;s good condition.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Transport Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From the moment the order is handed over to the transport company:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Transport responsibility lies with the carrier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer receives a tracking number to monitor the shipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olive Tree by Terzakis is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses exclusively attributable to the transport company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of visibly damaged packaging upon receipt, the customer must immediately declare it to the carrier and contact the company within 24 hours.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
